Covid-19 Policy

Great Valley Homeschool-House is monitoring local and federal government guidelines for COVID-19. Currently the mandatory mask mandate has been lifted. Masks are not required, but now optional. Masks are recommended to be worn by all individuals 5 and up, who are fully vaccinated or not, in indoor settings, when in close proximity to others. For the time being, masks are "optional" and up to the individual and/or parent to decide. If a mandatory mandate is brought back into order, the Board will discuss our options and change requirements accordingly and as needed.

GVHH's Continued Guidelines:
- Please allow 6ft between you and others, especially if not wearing a mask.
-We will be requiring temperature checks upon arrival. You must go to the check-in/out desk first. Any temperature above 99.5 degrees, will not be allowed to participate that day.
-If you or your child have had a fever or vomiting in the past 24hrs before class, please stay home.
-If you think or have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19, please stay home(self-quarantine) for 7-10 days, before returning.
-If someone who is participating in any GVHH class(es), tests positive for Covid-19, we will close for a minimum of 7 days. The end dates would be pushed back accordingly.
- Desks, tables and chairs will be wiped down with disinfectant after each class.
-Please wash hands before and after each class for 20sec with soap and water. Hand sanitizer will be available for each classroom.
