Class Registration

Attention parents: our Enrollment and Registration process has changed as of the Spring Term 2022.  Please read the below information carefully!

Step 1: Membership Application

Effective Spring Term of 2022, all families must complete a Membership Application form before registering for classes.  This form only needs to be completed once for continuing members.  As long as you remain actively enrolled, you will not have to complete the Membership Application Form again.

Step 2: Our 4-Tier Registration Process

Once your Membership Application is approved, you will receive an email from the GVHH Board of Directors with the dates in which you may register for classes along with a link to the registration form.  Please do not complete the registration form prior to your assigned registration date!  This will only delay the processing of registrations.

Be sure to view our class dates (located at the bottom of this page) and class descriptions carefully.  You can locate them by hovering over "Our Classes" on the main menu at the top of this page, then select Pre-School, Elementary, Middle or High School class tabs as needed.

GVHH offers a 4-Tier registration process that provides priority registration for teachers and long-term members.  Here are the tiers:

Tier 1: Board of Directors and active teachers*

Tier 2: Families with active enrollment who have completed the previous full academic year.

Tier 3: Families with active enrollment of the previous semester.

Tier 4: Open Enrollment

*Teachers of the semester for which you are enrolling and/or teachers who taught the previous semester.

If you miss your priority registration period, your registration form is processed in the order in which it was received.


1.  If you are a teacher, your child(ren) are guaranteed a spot in the class(es) you teach regardless of time of registration.

2.  Students who are registering for the continuation of a two-semester class are guaranteed a spot in the second half of that class as long as they passed the first semester with a D or better.

Spring 2022 Tier Registration Dates:

Tier 1: 12/6/21-12/10/21

Tier 2: 12/13/21-12/17-21

Tier 3: 12/27/21-12/31/21

Tier 4: 1/3/22-1/7/22

Step 3: Pay Your Registration Fee

There is a $30.00 non-refundable* family registration fee per semester that is due at the time of registration.  Your registration fee is used to help with expenses required to keep our co-op running.  Class fees vary by class and help us pay for supplies associated with the class.  We do our best to keep our classes affordable, while also providing high quality class content. Any textbook or workbook required for a class is the responsibility of the parent to purchase. *The registration fee is due when you register. All class fees will be due by Monday, January 10th, 2022. Registration payment reserves your spot in class(es). Failure to pay on time for registration or class fees, will result in spot(s) going to wait-listed students. Personal checks are preferred, but Paypal is accepted. Please let us know if other payment arrangements need to be made. If class fills and you are wait-listed, you will be notified. If no spot becomes available, your registration fee will be refunded. Refunds will not be given if decided to drop a class or classes.

Step 4: Pay Class Fees

Class fees are listed with each class description.  Class fees for the Spring 2022 Semester are due by 5:00pm on January 10, 2022.  For your convenience, you will also receive an email from the GVHH Board that lists the total due for class fees once your registration form has been processed.

*Class information and Fall Orientation is planned for January 10th, 2022.
